To place orders or access personalized sections, you may be required to register a user account:
- All details provided during registration must be valid, accurate, and current.
- You are solely responsible for securing your account log-in credentials and password.
- We reserve the right to restrict service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion in case of fraudulent activities.
3. Products & Pricing Information
We make every effort to display accurate products, features, stock status, and prices:
- All specifications, images, and descriptions are approximate and for representation purposes only.
- Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- We reserve the right to edit prices at any time. However, your order will be charged at the rate displayed when you submitted the order.
4. Order Placements & Payments
All orders are subject to stock availability and validation:
- Once you complete checkout, you will receive an automated email confirmation detailing your order receipt.
- We provide secure payment options, including digital gateway payments (such as Fawry) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
- If an order cannot be processed due to stock limits or catalog pricing errors, we will notify you and initiate a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible:
- Delivery fees and estimated transit times are calculated during checkout based on your city/governorate.
- Stated delivery dates are estimates. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays can occasionally occur.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon signing the delivery receipt.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
Pursuant to the Egyptian Consumer Protection laws, we guarantee clear return rights:
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt (or 30 days if the product has a manufacturing defect).
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Customized items or products related to personal hygiene cannot be returned unless defective.
7. Liability Limitations & Governing Law
Total Stores will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from site usage or product purchases.
These terms are governed and construed under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Cairo.
